The frame colour, glass specification, and vent options are confirmed together at quote stage. Standard RAL colours are shown below; custom colours are available to order.
Every Maxi-Pyramid is glazed with self-cleaning, argon-filled, warm-edge units. Four glass tints are available to manage glare and solar heat for your orientation.
The frame uses a thermally broken aluminium profile in your chosen RAL colour. Five standard colours are stocked; any other RAL can be ordered for a precise match.
Manual, electric, and thermostatically controlled vent options can be incorporated into the pyramid form. Suitability and placement are confirmed on survey.
Double glazed 24mm and triple glazed 36mm units are both available. The specification is confirmed on the written quote after survey.
Product fit
A pyramid lantern is the cleaner raised form when the roof opening is square. The shape rises evenly to a central point, so it can look more balanced than forcing a rectangular hipped lantern onto the wrong opening.
