The Maxi-Opener Rooflight is a flat rooflight with a built-in opening mechanism for natural ventilation. Where a standard rooflight brings in light but no air, the Maxi-Opener allows the glazing panel to open electrically or manually, drawing fresh air into the room below. Rain-sensor and thermostatically controlled options are available so the rooflight manages itself around the weather and room temperature. Self-cleaning argon glass and warm-edge spacers are standard, and every unit is built to your exact dimensions on the same 5-day express service as the rest of the Maxi range.
