Nine window routes, two systems
Everything in uPVC is Liniar 70mm sculptured, fabricated by TrueFrame. Everything in aluminium comes through Arkay Windows in Watford. Bays, bows, arches and gables are built from the same casement system with bay poles and couplers, ordered on the bay and bow form.
Flush sash

What is on the frame when it leaves us
The uPVC range is built on the Liniar 70mm multi-chamber profile, internally beaded, with Stay Guard hinge protection and shootbolt locking as standard on openers. Units are 28mm double glazed with a softcoat A-rated spec unless you ask for something else; triple glazing is a quoted option on the same frame.
Frames arrive glazed with beads in and handles fitted unless the order says otherwise. Cills and add-ons come loose for fitting on site and are ordered by Liniar code: LSL085 stub cill, LSL150 and LSL180 cills, LAN106 20mm and LAN126 50mm add-ons. Trickle vents are cut and fitted where the order specifies them, which matters for Part F on replacements. Every frame is labelled against the order line so a mixed delivery sorts itself on the van.
Aluminium through Arkay is powder coated to the RAL on the order, thermally broken, and supplied glazed. Hardware finish and PAS 24 upgrades are confirmed on the quote.
Colours and finishes
Ten Liniar foils are held at stock lead time. Eight more are available on an extended lead time. Colour on white, colour both sides and dual colour are all available, so a colour-outside, white-inside frame is a standard order rather than a special.

Blinds inside the glass
An integral blind can be added to any glass unit in the window, fixed lights and openers alike. It is sealed between the panes, so there are no cords and nothing to dust. Tap a colour to change the slats.
White slats
Magnetic
A magnet on the edge of the unit raises, lowers and tilts the slats. Nine stock slat colours, or any RAL colour.
Electric
Rechargeable motor in the top of the blind and a remote control, so there is no wiring to run. A similar range of slat colours, or any RAL colour.
One blind covers glass up to 1500 x 1700mm, or 1200 x 3000mm. Bigger glass takes two blinds side by side in the same unit. Under 300mm high, the slats tilt but do not lift.

We confirm the spec
The trade desk checks the layout and the codes, flags anything that will not work in the system, and sends a written quote.

Order and lead time
Standard white uPVC is the quickest. Colour foils and aluminium carry their own lead times, stated on the quote and held.

Collect or deliver
Collect from Danes Road, Romford, Mon to Thu 8am to 4pm and Fri 8am to 3pm, with job-waste drop-off included. Local delivery is available subject to order value and location.

Building Regulations
On supply only, Building Regulations notification is the installer's. Trickle vents under Part F on replacements, safety glass under Part K, escape windows under Part B. Cii certifies through Assure on jobs it installs.

Supply and fit when the job needs it
Most trade orders are supply only. When a job needs certified installation, Cii fits it: surveyed, fitted by the in-house team, and certified through Assure on completion. It is the same frames and the same counter, with the installation added to the quote.
