What we make
Every unit is made to order from your sizes. Tell us the frame it is going into and we match the thickness and the spacer.
Double glazed
4-20-4 softcoat, argon filled, black warm edge.
Triple glazed
Where the frame and bead take the thickness.
Single pane
Cut to size for repairs and bespoke work.
Toughened
Safety glass, marked in the corner.
Laminated
Two panes bonded, holds together if broken.
Georgian bars
Bars sealed inside the unit.
Square and diamond lead
Applied to the face of the glass.
Spacer colour
Black, grey or white, matched to the frame.
Obscure glass
The patterns asked for most. The number is the glass maker's privacy rating, from 1 (least private) to 5 (most private).
Window patterns
Stippolyte is the usual choice for bathrooms. Satin is a smooth frosted finish.

Blinds inside the glass
An integral blind is sealed between the panes. No cords and nothing to dust. It suits glass-only orders as well as new windows and doors. Tap a colour to change the slats.
White slats
Magnetic
A magnet on the edge of the unit raises, lowers and tilts the slats. Nine stock slat colours, or any RAL colour to order.
Electric
Rechargeable motor in the top of the blind and a remote control, so there is no wiring to run. A similar range of slat colours, or any RAL colour.
One blind covers glass up to 1500 x 1700mm, or 1200 x 3000mm. Bigger glass takes two blinds side by side in the same unit. Under 300mm high, the slats tilt but do not lift.

Measure the unit
Width and height of the glass, not the frame, and the overall unit thickness. Measure each pane separately.

Send the spec
Clear or obscure and the pattern, toughened or laminated and which pane, spacer colour, bars or lead, blind type and colour, and how many.

We confirm
The trade desk checks the spec and sends a written quote with the lead time.

Collect
Units come labelled with size and spec and edge protected. Collect from Danes Road, Romford, Mon to Thu 8am to 4pm and Fri 8am to 3pm, with job-waste drop-off included. Local delivery is available subject to order value and location.
Building Regulations
Safety glass is required in critical locations under Part K: doors, side panels and glazing near floor level. Tell us where each unit is going and we flag it on the quote.
